Severe Weather Arrangements
If a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force before the center opens, or if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force, the center will be temporarily closed. For your safety, please remain in a safe location. If you need to attend any activities on that day, please contact the event organizer for further arrangements.
When the Observatory announces the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8, and if more than 2 hours remain before the center’s closing time, services will resume as soon as possible within 2 hours (operating hours may be adjusted depending on actual conditions).
